In the tokkul shop, personally I suggest adding different some "rare" items, like fire cape, claws, some gear and different rare items, and reducing the amount of starting tokkuls to zero or something, and you have to kill the tzhaar's for tokkuls. Just something i've been thinking bout

Why do you deserve Moderator :I Think i would deserve moderator because im an easy going person who can deal with almost any situation under stress without getting frustrated & i find solving problems to be fun so helping people is no big deal.
What can you bring the community : I can bring a strict but yet fun atmosphere where people can enjoy and be themselfs but yet follow the rules, i can help find exploits\bugs to better the server & deal with peoples problems to help out .
